Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Family Plus and Professional memberships are month-to-month or annual subscriptions — cancel anytime from your billing page with no penalty. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing offers roughly two months free compared to paying monthly. You're billed once per year and your price is locked in for that term.
Is the AI Family Assistant a substitute for professional advice?
No. The AI Family Assistant provides educational, non-diagnostic guidance and links to professional resources. It never replaces diagnosis or care from a qualified professional.
Who is the Professional membership for?
It's designed for practitioners, educators, support workers, and small organizations who need clinical toolkits, policy templates, continuing education, and networking.
How does the Volunteer membership work?
Volunteer membership is free. Choose a subcategory (Community, Youth, or Professional Volunteer) to access the Volunteer Portal, training, service-hour tracking, and recognition.
Can I upgrade later?
Absolutely. You can start free and upgrade to Family Plus or Professional whenever you're ready — your account and saved resources carry over.
